Moleculox Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Moleculox and which sign-in method you choose, we may collect:

• Name or display name used for your player profile.
• Email address used for account authentication.
• User ID generated for your account by Firebase Authentication.
• Gameplay content, such as scores, progress, achievements, rankings, match results, and online duel information.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to operate and improve core game functions, including:

• Creating and authenticating player accounts.
• Displaying player profiles and leaderboard entries.
• Saving progress, scores, achievements, and match results.
• Supporting online matchmaking and duel features.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and cheating and maintaining service security.
• Responding to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

3. Third-Party Services

Moleculox uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to provide account, database, multiplayer, and leaderboard functionality. Firebase may process information on our behalf as a service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Moleculox does not use collected personal information for third-party advertising, targeted advertising, or cross-app tracking. The game currently does not display third-party advertisements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate Moleculox, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and gameplay information for as long as needed to provide Moleculox services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email address below.

Deletion requests may require verification that you own the relevant account. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Children’s Privacy

Moleculox is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence through our service providers. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are applied.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Moleculox, applicable laws, or our service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
